The environment is so supportive and encouraging, and you can genuinely see how much the organisers care about every single child. There is no pressure to be the best — it’s about giving every performer their moment to shine, celebrating their individuality and recognising the hard work they have put in.

I particularly love how every child is made to feel special and valued. The recognition they receive, whether through awards, medals or simply the encouragement they are given, means so much to them. Those little moments can make such a huge difference to a child’s confidence
